Happy Birthday Dad,

Thank you for the gifts you gave to us kids.
Charity, ( just ask your neighbors) Generosity ( Friends of Wood Island Lighthouse and the Trails through Ocean Park are just a few beneficiaries) Innovation
(It would be hard to top your aerodynamic cement mixer)

We're just waiting to see what happens next.

Dad, Happy Birthday.

You and Mom have been the guiding light for our family. While you are a parent, you are also a friend. We have enjoyed good times and have gotten through tough times with strength and perserverance...

Enjoy your day! Relish in the thought that your family sends you wishes for today and everyday...

Happy Birthday Day,
You gave us kids so much growing up,
Between the journeys we went on to Washington and Florida by car and other places which took amazing amounts of patience and endurance , When you and Mom visited me in Europe you opened the door of possibilities , I wasn't just stationed overseas doing my duty as a service man, but I had the privilege to a visit a country of great history which some people would will never have that opportunity .
When it came to your work you were there, but when it came to your family nothing could separate you.
I remember when I had gone into the upper garage in West Boylston as a young boy ,after mowing the lawn I had tipped over the can of gasoline and tried looking for it using a match to illuminate the really dark garage and when the match got down to the end I flicked it onto the ground where the gas can had spilled over ,well needless to say that was dumb, I remember running to the kitchen window where mom was talking to you on the phone , you must have not even hung up the phone at your office because I could say jack rabbit 10 tens you were pulling into the driveway.
Amazing
