This incredible journey called life :)
Now this is where we will begin our journey, but of course, you have to start with the ocean. What a magnificent site, a view of the ocean an every day treasure.
Another site you will definitely have to see, as you will not be able to miss them - the lighthouses. They are beautiful, electric, and have a way of always lighting the path you need.
Be sure to take in these treasures when you visit the coast. A definite must see.
Ok, so when you visit the ocean, especially the Maine ocean, what are you expected to find? Lobster!!! A yummy, tasty treat for all those who enjoy the bottom feeders - they maybe slow at 5 meters per second, but they sure do have a fancy way of escaping danger. Did you know that lobsters escape danger swimming backwards through a swift movement of curling and uncurling their abdomen. Just a little trivia for you folks.
You can also expect to see one of these lucky catches, if you have the patience enough to sit along the seashore as you wait for a ripple in the line. Dedication and a good bait are key.
While you are waiting for the catch of the day, you just may have enough time to build a site like this. Remember, sand, water, time, and a good bucket are all you need for this one. Ohh, yeah, you might need a little creativity as well.
When you have a moment, stop by the portside and grab a bite to eat. The fried dough is darn good eattin. Leave plenty of room, cause you may need to eat a couple, they're that good.
Hrrmmm, where was I going with this? Oh, yeah that's right. Lifes journey. Well, on lifes journey you will have the opportunity to meet and be apart of many lives - don't take this for granted. Enjoy every moment of life. Take mental notes 'cause your memory is your invisible ink of life.
The lives you may have encountered throughout this journey ............
This one is for you - GRANDPA!!!!
Happy Birthday!!!!!

To this, only the beginning of our journey.

No words necessary
Suffice it to say .. the mittens on the end of the string could not be seen.. :)
This is the day you rode across Big Akers Pond on the snowmobile.. it was cold, blustery, but you had a smile on your face from ear to ear, just like a kid!
That just goes to show being young at heart will keep you young!
